On October 16th of 2002 these people drafted $221.95 out of my checking account about a month later I called and hadn't recieved anything they would send out a new package...bull!
So I called again 12/6 and once again had been lost or something would be here shortly nothing...called on 6 jan 03 must be because of the holidays - right. Called again in January still nothing. Demanded my money back in February had to wait for a refund letter which is bull... but I went along with it.
Hopefully I am getting somewhere. I recieved it and sent it back. Called in February and still hadn't sent out my check. The lady said "this sometimes takes a month or two" I said "this is bull" and spoke with a supervisor who told me to call back mid way through March and she would have more info for me 6782390131 ext. 116 so I did and she said my check would be in the mail on the 4th. Still nothing.
It is time for us, as the consumers, to take action. These people are liars cheats and apparently are taking advantage of people all over the USA. These people are no better than sadam or osama in my eyes it is time for us to wage a war a legal war!
We need to take this company and everyone at the company to court we need a lawsuit and we need one now. My name is andrew and I am fed up I would like to take the lead in this matter since I see no-one else doing anything.
Please e-mail me with any pertanent information that anyone has. We need names addresses and phone numbers of the people involved we need executives, supervisors and names of everyone you have contacted get the dates get the names and get last names to. Don't give in to these people. Contact me on this site.
We need a lawyer that is good and who can take these people to court for the monies they have taken plus interest at 10% and the cost for 1/2, 1, and 2 hour waits on hold and conversations to a long distance number.

I unfortunately have been dealing with the idiots since October 2002. Everytime I actually get through to them the check is in the mail, being cut next month, or the latest was the check needed to be cancelled when it had not come to me within 1 month of supposedly being mailed and then recut. Now I can't get through to anyone, I keep on hold for 1/2 hour and then all of a sudden the phone goes dead. It took only 24 hours for them to take my money out of my account and I can't get it back after months. Finally had to close my account because other companies had my information. Beware of this they apparently are selling personal financial information.

I have been dealing with these JERKS since 4/3/2002. Everytime I call they tell me its two more weeks before they can send my refund. Well I have been trying to get a refund now since 5/10/2002. They are the biggest bunch of liars I have ever had to deal with. If you are interested in a law suit so am I. But I think these people should have to pay for the hardship and mental anguish they are putting everyone through. Not to mention taking advantage of people that are already in a financial hardship.
If you need some one to be your second in line that would be me. I wish I lived in georgia so that I could go to the business in person and cause the biggest riot georgia has ever seen these people need to be stopped. Lets get these jerks!!!!
