I INCOUNTERED FREEDOM RESOURCE IN SEPTEEMBER 2002. THEY OFFERED TO GET MY CREDIT REPORT AND CLEAN IT UP. THEY SAID MY CREDIT RATING WOULD GET BETTER.MY FICO SCORE WOULD IMPROVE.
DECEMBER 2, 2002 IS WHEN THEY HAD SAID THEY WOULD AOUTMATICALLY DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT, $261.00 I CALLED IN JANURARY 2003 AND THEY SAID THAT THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN AND IT WOULD BE IN THE MAIL IN 20 DAYS.
AFTER THE 20 DAYS IN THE MONTH OF FEBURARY 2003, THEY WERE DELAYED AGAIN AND SAID IN ANOTHER 20 DAYS, I WOUD GET IT. AND I HAD CALLED AGAIN TO CONFIRM THAT. AND THEY TOLD ME YES IT WOULD BE HERE.
FINALLY IN MARCH 2003. THE PACKAGE HAD ARRIVED. AFTER READING THE CONTENTS, IT WAS DISCLOSED THAT I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $200.00 TO ACTIVATE "THE MERCHANT CREDIT CARD".
I LEARNED THAT THE "MERCHANT CREDIT CARD COMPANY". DID NOT KNOW HOW FREEDOM RESOURCE HAD GOT THE INFORMATIN TO SEND TO ME. THEY HADN'T EVEN HERD OF FREEDOM RESOURCE. OBVIOUSLY, THEY WE'RE BAFFLED ALSO.
ANOTHER THING FREEDOM RESOURCE HAD GAURANTEED THAT I WOULD RECIEVE A VISA/MASTERCARD AFTER I HAD RECIEVED MY PACKAGE.
