Freedom Services Amber and Tim took my money and did nothing about my loans boca raton Florida

They never told me about it being pre-legal when i signed up and their customer service is the worst. I always get transferred from one person to another and either Amber is in a meeting or stepped out of the office or monica is out of the office. No one is ever there to answer my questions. I never received the outcome I expected from freedom services and as far as I am concerned they are the worst company ever. I never got an update and would take me forever to get someone on the phone but when it was time for my payment they were quick to call me. regardless of what the outcome is I advise everyone to not sign up with them. its obvious their employees are incompetent and after paying them months of payments i still have to pay back my payday loans. They did absolutely nothing for me but take my money.

This particular client had been signed up with our program for 2 months and had 2 consecutive declined payments before she actual became active. We continued for over a month to contact her to let her know we had not received payment and the legal coverage had not started and she was going to be cancelled out of the program. Several messages were left, emails sent, and text messages sent also. She admitted on the phone that once she learned the lender was going to sue her she called us to make a payment and become an active client. However she made a payment on 8/29 and by 9/2 the company filed law suite and was suing her. We made it very clear in all emails and messages that if the lender sued her we would not cover it because it is then considered pre-legal. 

If a company sues you prior to obtaining a lawyer it is considered pre-legal. We let all of our clients know that and we also make it very clear if you get notification of a a lender suing you prior to becoming an active client we will not cover it.
