Freelancer.com Company prize money releasing issue for a contest Pyrmont, New South Wales Internet

I won a contest few days back over their website www.freelancer.com, also I completed contest handover. It has been 7 days after uploading files so prize should have been released according to their terms and conditions.

But it says -- "The contest holder has a problem with their account that needs fixing. Once fixed, the prize will be automatically released"

I think if the contest holder has problem with their account, it should have nothing to do in releasing the amount from freelancer.com to my account. But freelancer support staff says -- they have put funds on-hold in their system, and can't release before contest holder resolves his account issues.

Why should I suffer because of issues in employer's account. I have put my hard efforts for winning the contest and need my 750$ prize money released.

Kindly look into the matter asap.
