Freelancer.com SportCyprus- freelancer Freelancer.com is a scam and complete ripoff- stole over $400 Internet

Freelancer.com started off by illegally charging my credit card twice.  The the freelancer (SportCyprus) I hired, did not deliver the contract I requested after I initally paid him $70 to start by using what Freelancer.com cales a "milestone".  SportCyprus then requested a second "milestone" of $280 but i created for $200 and requested a draft of the contract.  Said he would have it that day.  Weeks passed and I finally canceled 11-20-12.  SportCyprus agreed to immediately refund $30 of the $70 which was originally fine with me.

Now here's the second Freelancer.com rip off.  They would not release the $200 milestone back into my account.  They said the freelacer SportCyprus had to release it.  I filesd a dispute with Freelancer. 

Again, in an email SportCyprus said he would refund the $30 and release the $200 "milestone" back to me and would try it again.  After 24 hours of this not getting done.  I noticed a link on the website that said- "SportCyprus wants to release $200 to you."  I clicked the link and it released the money to him.  Freelancer.com closed the dispute as settled, I'm unable to open a new dispute, SportCyprus is no where to be found now.  Freelancer.com put a hold on the balance of my funds and now I'm screwed.  Freelancer only responds to emails and now they say there is nothing I can do.

Reporting to PayPal and Mastercard as a scam.
