i've tried so many times to email them about the problem but they wont get back to me it says 24 to 48 hrs and they get ahold of me well its been like 3 to 4 days and they wont respone back.. i think they are trying to pass the time cause they only give you 30 days to claim or your money cant be claim cause they keep goofing off with the days and not getting back to me..
i even had the same trouble with them before when i won a couple dollars and they never sent me checks in the mail. i am so tired of the way freelotto is ripping people off they make profit off people who play it and they wont pay the person who ever wins thats really low..
