You need to report them to the US Department of Transportation. Explain to them the situation and have supporting documentation. I will tell you that I had worked there and over many, many months I have heard of similar situations. You are not alone and the more people complain, the faster they will be shut down.
The horrible story is that even if they have their authority revoked, they can recreate another quickly and barely miss a beat. If you decide to report them, you will get a response from the DOT and keep up with them.
Freightcenter has done many shady things that I have seen over the years and the management/owner are unethical. I'm glad that you posted this, now go get 'em. Keep us informed!!!
