This company claims they will help you resolve credit issues, but in actualaility they will rip you off! Fresh Start Credit Repair Services is supposed to be a Christian based credit repair company, be they are the wolf in sheep's clothing. Do Not trust them.
I called this company to help resolve some past credit issues and the company representative I spoke with Ahmad Haywood solicited my bank card information and then told me he would not make any automatic debit until we had a signed agreement. He faxed me the agreement form, but I deceided not to use them because I did't feel comfrotable, but he made a $99.00 debit on my account that day and for the next 4 months, they debit my account for $138.00 each month without my authorization and knowledge.
When I learned of the unauthorized debits I called the comapany and spoke with Ahmad, he gave me the president's name, Jeremy Spears and siad they would refund me, but that did't happen. They refused to call me back and the president, Jeremy Spears never returned my call inspite of me calling and emailing him several times. I am now having to work through the BBB to resolve this issue, but I am seeking criminal prosecution against the person or persons responsible for stealing from me and I am also prepared to sue the company.
Do not trust this company or any business Jeremy Spears is associated with. He is a young PUNK criminal and his business is not legitimate.

Who is this person? Is this person not even brave enough to put their own name on this post?
Also, I have used the services at Fresh Start. I can tell you that the company does what they claim and they are not at all crooks. I needed to have some items looked at on my credit reports and they were able to remove several old negative items that should have never been there to begin with.
I spoke with Jeremy personally and he was always up front with me on what was going on with my stuff. I don't know what this person is all upset about. I can only guess that he/she is upset that their reports weren't cleaned up as much as they wanted.
This sounds like the rantings of a cry-baby that is upset about not getting what they wanted. It's credit repair. It's not like buying a hamburger and "get it your way". The guys at Fresh Start tell you how the system works and what to expect.
I have sent a few friends there that were treated the same as myself and they were all surprised at how it all works. Everybody has been really happy about it.
All I can say is that the charges to his/her card weren't fraud at all. Did this person not even check their bank account or credit card statement each month? That was stupid. The charges ran for months and this person didn't know?? Yeah, right. And I'm the King of England.
