The payment were made for almost a year then all of a sudden stopped and Fresh Start stopped returning my calls as I was getting calls from the bank. The bank then was wanting to repo the car but I had no idea were it was. I ended up filling a police report that the car was stolen and a DMV investigator who is involved said they have other complaints and that Fresh Start is involved in Auto fraud. They did find it 500 miles away.
I now owe thousands on the remaining balance for the vehicle even though our agreement was they would be responsible for the vehicle. Amanda Seminoff and Jason Denman are liars and don't stick on a written agreement and can't be trusted.

This company is a scam and are probably changing their company names. This is happening to me and Jason Denman is the "CFO" that signed our contract. It's so sad that people would do this just to make a buck, but I am in the same scenario as and will be going to DMV investigators to find my car. We have been getting the run around for 4 months w/o our car payment even though "the contract" says we will be paid. DO Not sign with any company that has "satellite" offices, a fake receptionist and bunch of liars.
If you are the person who posted this, please give me the details on how to deal w/ this issue. I'm afraid we are going to have to pay thousand of dollars on a missing car and we don't even know where to find our car at this point.
