I contacted this company for a trial that was only supposed to be charged $5.95. My credit card started to get hits every three weeks for 68.37. I got multiple packages in the mail which I personally brought to the post office unopened. I asked them what to do and they said write refused across package and all were sent back. Usually that's all it takes a company because they don't want to incur multiple shipping charges but not these folks. Packages kept coming.

On the box is a number to call when you receive before breaking the seal. You listen to a long ridiculous message saying how they are there for you then it hangs up without ever providing any contact information. I had to google the phrase to even locate which company it was and given that there are literally hundreds of acai berry scams out there, it wasn't easy. Additionally when I opened my "sample" box I was amazed to find a bottle of pills and a bottle of liquid HCG which has no indications and the writing is so small as to make it completely illegible.

I understand and agree with buyer beware but companies like this are just shells getting your credit card information and then trying to max out billing to you until you cry uncle. They offered me a partial refund for one box. I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I would never recommend a company like this who does not stand behind there products and who has such dishonest practices.
