Freshstartliving Properties Mongomery is (soon won't be), the management company for Montgomery House in south Manchester.
Montgomery House is a multi-occupancy building sub divided into student units, the refurbishment of which was completed in September 2011.

FSL Properties Mongomery's responsibility has been to manage the running of Mongomery House and pass on to individual owners of units (leaseholders) the rent (as guaranteed in the agency agreements) minus the service charges.  This should happen every month.

Many of the leaseholders have not received any rent (which they are contractually entitled to) for the months of October and September and some have not received any rent since May.  Therefore FSL Properties Montgomery (FSLPM) are seriously in breach of the agency agreements made with many leaseholders.

Many of the leaseholders have now terminated their agency agreements with this company and are proceeding with legal action to permanently oust FSLPM as the managing company.

Those are the facts.  As of November 2012 no accounts have ever been filed by FSLPM with companies house.

The best that can be said of FSLPM is that they are unreliable, the worst that can be said is that they are thieves and con men.
