Do Not Use This Scam Company and report them to the BBB

May 17, 2012 American Home Shield was contacted and sent Frost Appliance to repair a broken dishwasher. The tech advised that the pump needed to be ordered to complete the repair and they would be calling us on Monday, May 21 to schedule an appointment. This call was never placed back to us. On May 29 I called to check the status and the lady I spoke with scheduled an appointment for after 2pm on May 31. I get off work at 2pm and made it very clear that the appointment needed to be after 2pm which I was assured would be no problem at all.

 At approx 12:30pm on May 31, Frost Appliance called and said they can come to fix the dishwasher right then. We advised that the appointment was for after 2pm at which time the lady working there told us that they had a larger repair job to do across town that would require 2 men to complete. This was not satisfactory. They simply canceled a standing appointment for a larger job with no apology or remorse. I called the company only to be belittled by
the ladies I spoke with and told that they never told us they would be at our house after 2pm and that they "would try and make it out Monday but there was no guarantee." The reps refused to let me speak to the owner of the
company and refused to provide any contact information for the company owner.

 The way we have been treated has been extremely rude and condescending. This company lacks basic customer service skills and cant keep a simple appointment. I advised that I would be escalating this issue at which time I was basically
encouraged to file a report with the BBB. -
