Frovik Towing predatory towing Blaine, Minnesota

This company is a poster child for term predatory towing I had my vehicle illegally towed by this company when it was parked legally on a street that was devoid of any no parking signs, or any other signs for that matter. Minn. state statutes are clear on this matter under 168B .04 Sub. 2 (b) (2) (iii) this should not have happened, yet here about 6 weeks later my vehicle still sits in froviks impound lot, and it is now around $4000.00 to get it out, this tow was not authorized by police, and by law I had up to 24 hours before it could legally could have been towed, yet I have proof that they towed it in 25 minutes. Thats thier M.O. they have a carte blanc check via a contract with the mobile home parks to tow when "they feel" they want to. I have een to two different police departments on this matter and ray charles can see this is theft, but the police just shrug thier shoulders and give you the bums rush. these thieves have taken my daughters car a neighbors car and his nephews car and another neighbors car down the street. So I quess crime does pay. Any lawers out there want a contigency case that could develope into a class action?
