Fruta Vida International, Pro Image ripoff, liars, scam, dishonest Austin Texas

I too am a member of Fruta Vida. I have a huge downline, signed up 23 people in 16 days and went on from there to bring in many more.

I have never had a problem receiving my money straight to my debit card they send you and place your bonuses and commissions on.

I have not had a single member 0f my downline or upline ever experience such a problem either.

I have gone on to join another of Scotty Paulsons companies and find it to be just as legit.

The only thing I do know is that you will not receive fast start bonuses unless your order is placed by the cut off date for that report period and that is why auto ship is a good thing to do. All of this is explained in your back office. It does not say that you will make 650 a month if you never recruit anyone, it says you could make that much. That would be with having your uplines spillover fill up your matrix. Like in all businesses the more you produce the more you make.

I am a past Ind. Distributor for FVI. I have been in Network Marketing for well over 10 years and this has been by far, the very best MLM I have ever been in.

My group leaders are actually high up in the company and have worked with them for quite a number of years. I have dropped out when some personal and medical problems arrised to me.

If I were to go back to any MLM, this is the one. I have never NOT received a check for any of my sales.

This was rather unfortunate of you. People need to read before they put things up for others to read. I am an independent rep and has had no such challenge to date. One year has passed and Fruta Vida International is Still going Strong and Paying what people earn. Why didn't you READ for Yourself since the first Post at least. Slandering an innocent Company at this time is not such a Wise thing to do. "Fruta Vida Rocks", It pays, it's Fair. You hid the fact that you earned at least 50%of the product cost volume upfront. Where else are you going to find that. To all reading and wondering if this Company is true, just check it out for your self.
Confidence is one reason they give 30days full or Empty Bottle Guarantee on it's product. Simply put if you are not satisfied just return the product you purchase.

They don't ever charge Independent reps to join the Business. Being a rep if Free after you make a ONE bottle purchase through a distributor's Business Link to the company or if you want a bigger option a four bottle plan is in Place. Read Read Read. it is all Posted online on the company site. Let's not give FALSE reports that are not complete. I like others are satisfied and Happy with the company's operation. On their website, their privacy policy states that your personal information will be shared with NO ONE without permission. The CEO, Scotty Paulson personally sent all of the personal information in my account to people at RipOffReport.com in hopes they would remove my report, and as well it was forwarded to other Fruta Vida team leaders, along with a forwarded copy to me. The Fruta Vida Team leaders my information was forwarded to are only Distributors for the company just like I was, and had no right seeing my personal information. Fruta Vida's CEO violated their Privacy Policy by sharing my information without my permission. I e-mailed Scotty Paulson informing him of his Violation of my Privacy, and did not hear back from him at all. I am now in the process of kindly requesting a full refund to end this matter, but I do not know if they care enough to give me one.

I AM currently a distributor for Fruta Vida International, but you will find that every point I make in my post will be backed up by evidence that is easily found on the website.

Here are your issues followed with some common sense replies:

"The last 2 people I recruited, they did not pay me for. 1 was because they said one of my members requested a return, but the second time they didn't pay me, I received no reason as to why. I e-mailed customer service, it's been about 4 weeks, no reply."

REPLY: You answered the question for your first person and the second would be easily solved by a call to customer service. I would imagine that you had another return as I have yet to personally speak with a distributor (and I've spoken to a ton) who has not received their commission check on time and with accurate pay. I understand that you emailed, but like anyone, it is possible that your email was missed and the phone works better with any company that I have worked with.

"They say that by recruiting just 2 people, you can make $1000+ for the month..."

REPLY: You CAN. It is POSSIBLE over time IF they are both hard workers; but that doesn't mean that you will -- if those 2 choose NOT to do anything, then you will probably NOT be able to make much from those two enrollees (unless you get lucky with spillover).

"...and that they have an Auto-Fill Matrix, which means even without recruiting anyone, your supposed to be able to make $650.00 at least."

REPLY: Actually they do NOT have an "auto-fill" matrix (not sure where you heard that) and I guarantee that you cannot find a single website or piece of marketing material that says that you are "supposed" to be able to make at least $650 a month with no recruiting. Technically, it IS possible over time, IF (and it's a pretty big if) you happen to get a great spot and receive a lot of spillover which fills your matrix from your upline's efforts. And IF it happened, it would still take a long time and is by no means EXPECTED or SUPPOSED to happen.

REPLY: Actually, you probably shouldn't have received a huge monthly check. I will address this more below, but I imagine that you never consulted the compensation plan, which is available here:

"My commission check was for $7.50. I sent them $800+ worth of business, I got $7.50, which they never sent me of course, and I also didn't receive the money they owed me for the last person who signed up."

REPLY: This is a multiple part reply --

1. You actually already mentioned that you earned more than $7.50. You said that you earned the commission on 17 of your personal enrollment (and most likely earned it on your 18th as well, but you had a return). So in fact, if you personally brought in $800+ worth of new business, then you had already earned $400+ in fast start commissions. Yes, it is true that if a return occurs then that commission would be subtracted from your future commissions (why wouldn't you expect this?), but regardless you did earn hundreds of dollars on the business you brought in. No need to be misleading Chris.

You may not understand how the compensation is paid, but the entire 1st month's commission is paid ONLY to the enroller, as you experienced, through the fast start (no upline). It is not until the 2nd month that any money would be paid out into the monthly commission.

2. From your numbers, it is clear that most (all?) of the people you brought in were standard members (which you were paid on in the first month). As such, you would not earn a very large residual even if ALL 18 re-ordered product. I would guess that most of them did not re-order in the SECOND month as an issue of you, your customer or a combination of the two. Many people working the business have higher than an 80% re-order rate (myself included) but you are obviously on the lower end. You were only paid on RE-ORDERS on the monthly pay and since you had a lower number of re-orders (and they were only buying one bottle of product), you had a small monthly check.

3. As per company policy, you do not receive a commission check unless you are owed AT LEAST $17.00. However, if you had requested your commission by paypal, they would have sent it to you.

For everyone else reading: plain and simple, this is not a scam, but merely Chris was a confused Fruta Vida distributor who was not properly educated about the widely available information on our company website. This is partially the fault of whoever brought him into Fruta Vida for not pointing it out when he had an issue and partially his fault for not reading over the FAQ and the policies when he got involved and for not consulting his upline when an issue arose. Live and learn I suppose!
