Hello,
I spoke with the State Attorney's Office regarding the "Columbia Telecommunications" promotion and the $75 ($25 * 3) rebate I never received.
They've asked me to send your company a final email requesting that you refund me the $75, since outpost.com sold the product based on the advertised refund.
You have deceived by falsely advertising a product when the company was just about to go to Bankrupty. Please see the link below for FTC recent settlement with Compusa.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response from your company, I'll send all of my communications and other documents regarding this purchase to the FTC, my State Attorney's office and other interested parties on the Internet.
In filing my claim, I will also request for compensation of time spent on getting this rebate.
