For a valid rebate request from Frys Electronics, you of course need the UPC bar code and sometimes something else cut from package.
HOWEVER...You also need to Send/Mail the Entire Rebate Receipt Form, which is 2' long and mostly the contract for the rebate. The reason for this is because Frys doesn't put the PURCHASE DATE ON THE REBATE RECEIPT. Instead, it's 2' below at the bottom of the Entire Form. If you just mail the Rebate Receipt with of course UPC stuff, you'll get DECLINED PER NO PURCHASE DATE.
So, if you want a copy for yourself, you need to make at least 3 copies to cover this form. Having to make at least 3 Copies is ridiculous. It just doesn't make sense why Frys cannot print the Purchase Date on the Receipt portion of the Rebate. Does anyone know how a retailer like Frys, can possibly benefit from Non-Redeemed Rebates?

Over all Rebates suck and are a pain in the 'aye-es-es' and sometimes are fraud.
