Fujitsu PFU We purchased a very expensive software from them (rack 2 filer, 5.0) and lost the product key. We called them, and they told us that they couldn't give us a product key, even though we had just purcha Sunnyvale, California

If you paid for and never received a license key for the software, you should sue them for breach of contract. Before you do that, try doing a chargeback with your credit card company. There is absolutely no reason why that company should not give you your license key.
