However, it stated that the price of the trial bottle was $1.00 and that Oprah had used the product, but that there was no affiliation to Oprah..
I received the product approximately 4-5 days after ordering it. I had not tried the product yet, when another bottle of 30 pills arrived 1 week later.
I called Fullfillment, aka Nubodi to ask why my bank account was debited $89.31. A woman, who did not identify herself answered.
She told me that I had 14 days to try the product, and that the 14 days began the day I ordered the product and not the day I received it!
She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that, I wanted to argue and that I could not get my money back! I told her I thought the company were scam artists.
I further stated to her that I'd reported the company to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.
She became angrier and said, I am going to write in the system that you CANCELED your subscription account! She then hastily gave me a confirmation number and hung up the phone.

WELL, THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT I CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN MY STATE, WHO CONTACTED THE BBB IN FLORIDA. AS A RESULT, FULLFILLMENT/NUBODI HAS CREDITED BACK THE $89.31 THEY DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THEY WILL TREAT YOUR ORDER LIKE A SUBSCIPTION AND WILL DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT EACH MONTH, SO I WILL BE CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT! CONTACT THE BBB, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, OR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO LET THEM KNOW IF THIS HAS HAPPENDED TO YOU!
