Fun and Sun Getaways Funnsungetaways Total waste of my time! Totally unprofessional and unwilling to fix what they did wrong, Internet

I purchase this timeshare 90 min tour from Sun and Fun Getaways.  I had to change my reservation to Puerto Vallarta.  I called the company to make the switch and I was very specific as to where I wanted to stay in PV.  They confirmed with me that they will be able to meet my needs to stay at the Villa Del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta.  I asked the salesman 5 different times if this was for the Flamingos Resort and he confirmed "YES"  I decided to make the reservation and move forward.  

I booked by flights and once I received the confirmation email from Sun and Fun it was for Villa del Palmar in PV NOT the Flamingos!  I called him directly back and he said it was for the Flamingos even though it said PV!!!  I went along with it assuming this guy knew what he was talking about.  I received a call the next day for my order confirmation and guess what?? They were confirming my stay for PV NOT the Flamingos.  I just spent all day calling Fun and Sun trying to get this resolved, but nothing.  They just said "sorry" we can't help you.  Now it's too late to change, my flights are already booked and I'm going to the wrong resort...This company sucks and I would not do any business with them.
