Obviously, Fundamental Consumer Strategies is not a real company. But after they finally sent me a letter (no credit card yet), I was able to track them down even through all of their fake zip codes and phone numbers. Check out the package they send you when it arrives. There is a return address with zip code 12919 and "BPM" for the name. The zip code is like a post office box and you can find the real owner through search engines.
The real owner is a company call BPM (Bridge Property Management) dba Noxapater Telephone Company, in Mississippi (662-724-2192). The phone company supplies the fake area codes and phone numbers for FCS. That's why you can't trace it.
BPM is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The number is 801-553-1357. If you log onto their web site you can get all the names of the officers. The company that is actually processing your credit card is Mississippi Loans also in Utah. They are owned by Bridge Capital. Call them directly for updates. The number is 1-(866)-583-8900. Good Luck!

I am an employee of Bridge Capital in Utah and this Lorin idiot in Idaho did about three seconds of research for the generic phrase of "bridge" and somehow decided we were involved in an internet scam. WE ARE NOT
She without calling to verify anything decided to place our companies toll-free number 1-(866)-583-8900 on this site so we could get calls everyday from people pissed off that they were scammed on some buy a credit card site. I don't even want to know why anyone would want to buy a credit card but that is beside the point.
---PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING OUR TIME-----
1. We are a mortgage company that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CREDIT CARDS
2. USE COMMON SENSE PEOPLE - if you get scammed by anyone chances are they won't answer the phone and if they did they would never just refund your money anyway. CALL YOUR BANK they can help reverse charges etc. While your there get a credit card for free.
3. I cannot vouch for the other phone numbers on this post as I have no idea who they are, maybe Lorin could tell you - she seems to have all the facts.
Summary:
Ripoffreport.com is a great resource to help people but when you don't bother researching the facts then innocent people/companies get hurt which in it self is creating a rip off for us.
Thanks Lorin I love answering very hatefull calls everyday because you're too lazy to research the facts. What is your address so we can send you the long distance bill you caused us to incur.
