On 3/15/06 I went into Furniture Outlet to buy $9000.00 worth of furnitures on a Wednesday. I was told by Wendy Todd that delivery will be Friday of the same week. Friday came, no delivery. I called the store, Wendy said the 2 shelves to the armoir didnot come yet. Which never got delivered on day of delivery.

Wendy said about another week. when it comes she'll call me. I get no call from her. I called several times thru the weeks. Then 3 weeks later, she said every was there.

Day of delivery, supposed to have delivered by 3-6pm, instead they arrived at 9pm. Bedroom set and wall unit of entertainment center were delivered. Wall unit was completely the wrong item that was delivered. I called the store owner, she told me that one delivered has a better quality than the one I had wanted. She said to let the delivery people assemble it and then let her know how I like it the next day.

Missing 2 shelves to the armoir, missing bridges to the wall unit.

I told her that it was too big for my wall. I told her that I was very unsatified, and then she started yelling at me on the phone, telling me that I have no right calling her up so late and telling her that I was unsatisfy. Then she hung up the phone on me.

She told me in the beginning of the evening when I called to check on the delivery, she said to call her at anytime and that she'll keep her cell phone on for me. The delivery people called her and told her that it was the wrong piece before I called her my self.

I told the delivery guy that it was the wrong piece, he also said the same thing, that the one they delivery is very good quality and that I wouldn't find another better one than that. After the delivery people had assembled every, they had me signed the sheet that everything was delivered and satisfied. I had told the delivery person that i was not satisfied at all.

The delivery people said, he had nothing to do with the company, he's just the delivery people and that this is to show that he did his work as far as delivery and assembling the furnitures. I said in that case I will sign that it is satisfied.

Wendy then decided to call me back after the delivery people had left and she wanted me to go to the store the next day and that if it was the wrong piece she'll come back and pick up the wrong item.

The next day, I went to the store and pointed out the one that I had wanted and told her the day of purchasing. She acknowledges the furniture displayed on the floor that I pointed out and said that it was just a mistake. Then she back tracks herself and said it must been a misunderstanding.

I continue to ask her why she didn't order the one I originally asked for. I told her I din't want the one she delivered. She refused to take it back. I questioned her further and she said she'll have to charge me 35% of restocking fee to take back the furniture. I continued to ask Wendy questions but she wasn't going to do anything about the incorrect item she sent me. I asked for another owner besides her, she brought her husband Mat over and he said because I've signed that it's satisfied that it dropped everything that I have to said.

Wendy said she'll order the 2 shelves for the armoir which she originally said it was here before, and she'll also order the bridges to the wall unit.

Knowingly that I'm not going to get any resolutions from talking to either one of them, they refused to take anything back. I left the store.

It wasn't until 3 months past. With everyday calling. Until I finally got all the pieces and furnitures.

The continue to refused to take back the incorrect furnitures. I have no clue who they were financing me with. I was told of 6 months free interest. They guaranteed me of the best company.

I called and spoke to the financing company, they said they cannot do anything. I called Clark howard and they said it's a legally matter to consult an attorney. I called Better Business Bureau and they couldn't get any respond from the store.

As of this date, I'm stuck with furnitures I didn't ordered. Missing pieces to the sofa and no one that i've called is willing to help me at all.

I've been taken advantage of by this store.
