I purchased Myfx Edge STP5 and a MAP's upgrade (trading ea's) for around $2022 in Jun 0f 2012. I did not like the performance of the Ea's so I asked for a refund within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame.

They responded with since it's summer the market are slow, so they offered me a extension till the end of September 2012 and 30 day trail to their build wealth program. I accepted the offer. On Sept  17th I emailed again asking for a refund and they asked for the brokers statements so they can audit.

I sent the broker statements and followed up a few days later. Ofter about a week of the run around they escalated me to someone that wanted to offer me other program. I declined and the person said that they will forward my file to accounting. 

After about another week of the run around they said the manager will contact me in 2-3 business days. To weeks has passed since they and still no contact. I have been trying to get my refund for a month and just get the run around. Myfxedge don't care that I have been waiting this long because they don't intend to refund my $2022.
 
They act like they have 100 people working there when they probably work out of a house. They have bad products, bad horrible customer service, and no moral ethics or integrity. They have all the ingredients for a ripoff.

Wow!!! How typical of Fxedge to still giving me the run around even in a rebuttal. They have so many active clients but yet I cannot get my $600 refund. They were supposed to mail it out in January...Nothing and I'm still waiting.

I don't even get my emails answered anymore.

I know their answer anyway..."We have forwarded this to Marcello" or "Marcello is going to get in touch with you personally".  Same answer different day.  I have a boat load of undeniable emails stating that they owe me.

P.S. I tried their Build wealth program. If it was working I would have stayed with it.

First, let's start off by saying that we do not discount the value of this user's experience.  We are very sad to hear of this client's displeasure and we are more than willing to do whatever we can, within reason, to make him happy.  We currently have roughly about 4,000 ACTIVE users of our automated products and many many more purchasers.  It will occur from time to time that a user has an anomalous experience due to improper configuration, our own server connectivity issues or simply user error.

In short, we trade every day live with the software in our power hour so that we can avoid these accusations.  We traded an account from a low of $120,000 to $344,000 in 2012 in recorded live sessions that are still available to the general public.  Although we cannot warranty the performance of any strategy, there is no question as to the profitability of the software in question in 2012. 

Anyone who is reading this please feel free to see how we traded that account throughout the year during profitable moments and in drawdowns finishing the year with an excellent return.  We also have access to the account in question if anyone needs the investor id. 

We have since then, changed our model to avoid these sorts of misunderstandings.  We have just started a program that requires no action from the user. Once they purchase the product and give us access to their account, it trades automatically. We would most certainly like to extend this offer free of charge to this user if he is in agreement.  We look forward to continuing to serve this investment community and bring benefit where we can.
