On most legitimate websites, you have to click an icon or sign something saying that you have read the fine print regarding the billing and membership rules.
I admit that I did not read the section on the charge details, but it was not straight forward, and risk free usually implies that you get to try the product before you are going to be charged for it.
I was charged before ever receiving anything. I am frustrated by what appears to be a straight-forward scam. I hope people will do everything possible to get these people sued out of business. I know that I am writing as many letters as possible- class action law suit!!!
