I have sent two emails to no avail requesting more information about this company G H aka Golden Harvest. Here is the final letter to them:

I am very concerned. Per emails I have received from you, I want to believe that I am receiving true email and services from a legitimate company. My experiences have been terrible. In the last 45 days, I have been bilked out of monies from companies promising to deliver a product, a tangible product.

I received the email confirming delivery (minus shipment confirming #), only to discover that the office does not exist and is a front. Another, I had order through another website advertising to deliver secrets to repair credit only to find out this; there were no secrets. I had the same information I purchased for $60 less; FREE.

I do not wish to be categorized as gullible and/or a sucker hope you will provide me with additional credentials, a phone #, etc. It turns out that 5 lenders, you referred me to have denied me. The 6th one automatically would not consider a completed application because I cannot of filed bankruptcy. I have printed all of the Denial, Credit application results from each creditor. I will mail these as certified/return receipt mail.

I followed your email to the tee when it came to filling out the application correctly and waiting for the answer before applying to the next. Your site attracted me because of your 98% success stated rate. Am I the 2%? Short of contacting my lawyer, I wanted to give you the benefit of doubt first that you are FOR REAL. Please redeem me. I want to believe that this was a good cause. I do not have money to be throwing away.

The response back came from a person who did not identify him/herself:

Subject: Re: Requesting legitimacy, credentials, Privacy Policy/Notice

You got some results...Didn't you?
We never guaranteed any loan.
Only that if you are not approved, you can
refer to the refund policy.

All contact is done via email.

Thanks

I followed up with another email to them siting sources of proof they had written into the website:

Dear --no name--

I am very surprised to have received such a short email as I did. What I did not expect was the unprofessional comment. As stated before, I was denied on all six loans. I had hoped that you would answer the questions and concerns I had posed in email to you. I am sorry that you are having a bad day; but I really would love some earnest answers.

I printed off a copy of refund page. Although you said that you don't guarantee, you stated -- IF I don't get AT LEAST -1- loan that meets your needs from a real lender, you GUARANTEE your service . Actually, I had waited over 72 hours to receive a response back from you although your site says 48 hours. So I was quite patient. Like I said before hand, I am begging you now to Please provide your credentials, phone number, privacy policy/notice and written references. It's only fair since I know that you say you are a good and honest company.

Is it safe to say that once I submit proof, I will be refunded?

I went back to copy your statement online:

Tired of getting rejected by lenders or
settling for pay-day loan websites?

You don't have to settle anymore! This is the website being talked about on television and in newspapers across the country. More people with damaged credit use our loan search service than ANY other source! Why? Because we GUARANTEE our service IF you don't get AT LEAST -1- loan that meets your needs from a real lender. YES, you read that correctly! That means there is NO risk on your part! Our professional financial agents search out hundreds of unsecured personal cash loan and line of credit programs from real lenders -
in 48 hours.

We -will- find a minimum of -1- or more lenders who will want to immediately review your application - no excuses. In fact, on average, we find at least -3- lenders for you to choose from! Our loan sources are EAGER to extend credit to our clientel.

Yes, it's true! They are willing to review all types of credit applicants with very competitive interest rates! As long as you promise to pay back the loan or line of credit with your signature, we have lenders waiting to approve your application! No gimmicks, no tricks, and no strings attached.

Of course, you are under NO obligation to accept your credit line or loan after approval by your lender! Sound too good to be true? Don't keep wondering! Just apply and have your loan check in the mail faster than you can say "Thank you!"

Thank you so much for your expediency.

Sincerely,

Lajune Carson

You already have the refund policy link.
This link is on your search results EMAIL.
It is important to read ALL emails sent by us.

We are not supplying any written references.
Any testimonials are on the website.

All contact is done via email.

Based on the responses I have received from them, I have initiated my own investigation calling on the same "As Seen on TV" TV Stars Badcreditloansources sites as backing up their business >> The View, Oprah, Montel Williams, and Good Morning America. I have also written to 20/20 requested assistance. I will be contacting my lawyer Monday, 5/16/2005.

I don't have this kind of money to waste on a company who fails to deliver the goods as Guaranteed on their website. Nor is it good business practice to hide your credentials or privacy policy. If this was a "good" company they would have been more than happy to provide any information requested.

When G. H. state that refunds can only -legally- be issued by us, that is not necessarily true. If their is any question to the legitimacy of the process one can dispute the charges legally with their credit card company. They, the credit card company provide thorough investigations.

It is not illegal to dispute the charges on your credit card when and if the process has been done correctly. The credit card companies are more than aware of these regulations and will do nothing to jeapordize their status.

I hope that we can combat these "so called" internet companies popping up by leaps and bounds, all due to the access of internet trafficking and no federal guidelines established protecting us from these theifs.

Lets do something about this! There has got to be a way for us to protect ourselves from these criminals preying on innocent souls. I am going to fight the fight and ask that a policy be established regulating the internet - starting now!
