1. Store Employee (Denise Davia) said I refuse to do my Job in which she got in too several altercations with several customers on regular basics, and she stated she wanted me to Grab The Customer and throw them out  I did my Job and ask the customer to leave the store and escorted them outside and advise the customer to not to argue with the clerk, and if he felt he needed to talk to the store manager he should call him and gave the customer (James Luster) Cricket store manger Business Card in which he has done many times due to this employee. I have escorted ten or more customers out of the store in the few short months (Nov 17,2011 until Feb242012) I have been there and nine out of ten is  due to this employee.  And I advise this employee (after the customer was escorted out of the store) I cannot just run up and grab a customer and drag them out of the store I can ask them or advise them if they fail to leave (HPD) Houston Police will be called that is my Job if I grab someone and drag them out of the store, I would put myself and the companies in a Liability suit. And later that same as they were getting ready to leave (Ms. Denise Davia) started yelling at me from across the room about throwing a customer out, and she wanted me to do it without any questions ask I ask her if she had any complaints about the way I do my job, please pull me to the side and let me know, but it was very unprofessional to yell at me from across the store, and she went on a ram page, of how she in charge and they are a team and anything she had to say would be said in front of everyone I said ok.

So I talked to James Luster the store manager, and he said he took care of it, she has a lot on her mind and under a lot of stress with her health issue and her live-in boyfriend and so on so I drop it and told James Moore several times that cricket was going to put us in a liability issue with the things they were doing, and I even told Mr. Higgtibottom the same thing when he came to the post to bring me,   my $ 20.00 gift card. They owe me for about six months,

Thing that was alleged to happen to be a customer was attempting to ask me a question in Spanish (I assume about a phone) in which I dont speak Spanish or am I required to I tried to tell her she could talk to the clerks behind the desk. They speak Spanish, and I directed her to talk to one of the clerks and (Ms Denise Davia) heard this and help the lady in question,and another lady heard me trying to give her directions to speak to the other lady and told her something in Spanish and then this other lady in question is the one who told the store manager. I was racist because I did not know Spanish, and she told another clerk name Krystal Romero, which told me this and the store manager never mention this to me but have told me several times that customers give him a hard time because he does not speak Spanish and was very outspoken about it but never mention this incident to me.

Several times of the things James Luster and other cricket employees were doing and the illegal activity at the store and the threat they were placing us in when they rip off the customers and cuss them and wants me to physically throw them out of the store which most if not all the customers were either Black and white due to the Mexican customers in most cases dont speak English so the store employees can continue rip them off  and this was plan for some time I work february 24,2012 and was off the weeken and got a page on my phone februar 26,2012 to come to the office monday morning to turn in my uniform and weapon with no reason why just be there at 9am

Also they cancel my insurance at least a week befoe they fired me while I was still working which mean I was working and paying for my insurance which was no good.

How actions Taken:  I was told by Mr. Higgtibottom, I dont have a job, and the company has a no tolerance for this, I stated to dont I have a right to give you my side of the story of this alleges incidents what happen to due process here, and I want a copy of the allege complaint, so I can respond to Mr.Higgtibotton stated he wont give me a copy, and if I want to I could talk to HR, but this case is done. After almost 12 years with the company I think I would be treated better here.
