GA Department of Banking and Finance Betty Thomas evil person; heartless; unprofessional Internet

Betty Thomas from the GA Department of Banking and Finance is an evil person that does not care of anyone else but her self or what and whom she can screw to show her higher ups that she is doing a good job. I am not sure of her reasoning cause and or purpose but I own a Mortgage company and had to live a nightmare because of Betty Thomas. Her customer service skills are horrible and I just do not understand how can GA Department of Bank and Finance can hire such a rude and self centered person to serve the community when it is our tax money that keeps them rolling. She is not customer service material and we as tax payers should not be subject to her brutal attitude when all we are trying to do is obtain information that is vital in keeping us in compliance with the state.
