They returend the original credit card slip with my signature. We believe everything is now fine. After we returned from vaction, we have received the account statement from VISA. GANE has used the credit card with the amount of 7650 Mexican Peso (about 460 EUR). Now, we are trying to get the money back, but it seems to be very difficult.
