GAYLE KERN was retained to represent LAKESIDE PLAZA HOA (homeowners), however, rather than assist with the criminal investigation of FRANK PERAU who embezzled Lakeside Plaza homeowners' funds (WASHOE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY Case No 406537), she DEFENDED Embezzler Perau against homeowners' interest, and obstructed justice in his prosecution by advising Embezzler Perau to obtain restraining orders on concerned homeowners investigating his embezzlement.
GAYLE KERN also has conspired to FRAUDULENTLY foreclose several times on homeowners and committed perjury in federal court.
