My experience with GC Services and the Los Angeles County Superior Court I had received a speeding ticked I went to court could not pay ticked due to not working I did ask for community service but was given a time limited in which I couldn't finish do to a bad ankle sprang so my ticked was turn over to GC Services which sent me threating letters also stated that my license would be suspended if I did not make payment arrangements so I called them to make payment arrangements Mr Martinez inform me that if I made these payments that I would be in good standing and my license would be ok.I was surprise that a collection company this big wouldn't except a credit card or debt card so he ask me for 5 checks to make these payments I gave them one check for 200.00 and five checks to make future payments one month after that I received a letter from the Department of Motor Vehicles telling me that my license are suspended I went back to the court house to GC Service window and the clerk from GC Services told me that his people often do not tell the consumer that even if they make payment arrangements that your license still can be suspended what a crock of sh_t you would think the the Los Angeles Superior Court would not deal with such a incompetent company to handle their business for them Iam hoping by filing this report that I can get some kind of help.I did go to the court window to and was told to go back to the GC Service window they told me it was no longer a court matter it was between me GC Services......If someone out there could advise me what can I do it would be of great help thank you in advance
