GC Services Harrassed, lied, yelled at me. Houston, Texas

I received a call from GC Services on my work number. A very rude woman asked me to verify my ss number and my date of birth. I would not do so and asked what this was in reference to. She wold not answer me but kept asking me to verify my ss number and dob. again I wold not. Every time I wold ask her what her call was in reference to she would not say, but would tell me if I wanted to know I had to first verify my ss number. As I again would not, she told me we were in a catch 22.

I tried to explain to her that I have never heard of them, or have received any written or phone correspondence from them. She told me that was not true and that they have contacted me several times. Not true as I would remember talking to such a rude and obnoxious person. I told her to send me what ever informatin she was refering to in the mail and I would read it over. She refused.

At this point she placed her sipervisor on the phone who began to immediately yell at me, call me a liar, tell me I was refusing to verify my information.  I tried to explain to him that I was not lying, and I was neither confirming or denying the informataio they were seeknig. He continued to yell rudely at me and told me he would take care of me in another way. Before I had a chance to say anythig else he abruptly hung up the phone.

I found their tone to be demeaning and will not be threatened by anyone.
