GC Services Harrassment Harrassment and I'm not even the right debtor! Houston Texas

I moved into my residence nearly six months ago and within the first thirty days began receiving debt collection calls from a number of companies for Steven. Of course I do not know a Steven, and clearly they have the wrong number. After corresponding with a number of these companies and requesting they remove my number, all but one of the seven agencies persisted. GC Services. I have notified them in writing and spoken to multiple representatives. The calls continue, they come before 8am and after 10pm. I realize this is a clear violation of the FDCPA laws - but how do you get them to stop? I notified them that I was recording the conversation and they hang up. Most recently I spoke to Mr. Lane who said they removed a number in November as requested, but that it was not my number. This is a vicious and annoying cycle that must be illegal? What gives?
