A week later I am still waiting for what I paid for.
This site proudly proclaims their relationship with paypal as 'we are one of TOP10 PayPal partner in Asia!Among TOP500 Worldwide!', Just below 'We've donated 1% of our selling amount to SOS Children Village ' So they must be credible right? Wrong.
Yes they will take your credit card number and payment straight away, but what they fail to mention is they don't have and can't deliver what you just paid for despite their claim. In fact they will not deliver it at all unless you constantly hound them on their 'live chat' service.
This comprimises asking a question and maybe being responded to 20 minutes later...
i.e. -You "Hi I would like to enquire about my order # *****" -Them "sec" ... 20 minutes later... -Them "Were collecting for you now"
This will go on continuously for days. This site asks over $600 US for some of their products! How can they continue to take money from people instantly through paypal and not deliver what people are paying for?
