I recently set up for my CS Payment to go direct deposit, but before doing this I made sure to read over the FAQ section for setting up direct deposit as well as made sure I talked to a customer service representative to verify that I had the correct routing and account number and to receive the correct City and State, well she gave me a P.O.Box address and told me they were located in El Paso Texas. So I went ahead and set it up, I have had direct deposit from the CS Paymentt before, so I know that it goes through right away, anyway I looked up my CS Payment transaction to see if there were any payments and I saw that there was, but nothing was in my money-card account, nor on my cs card, after speaking to a representative at the CS office I was told that it was sent to my money-card account, so I called walmart money-card and asked them how long it takes to process direct deposit, I was told that there is no time frame on their end and that once they receive the money they process it right away, so I asked her to re verify the routing and account number with me and she did and it was the same, so I figured to give it a couple more days, this morning I called again to question where my money was, and again to verify the information I had, everything was accurate except this time she told me they were in Bentonville Arkansas so I asked her what happens now since I was given the City El Paso, and the State Texas, and was informed that as long as I provided the correct bank, routing, and account number everything will be fine.  About 2 hours later I called back and wanted to know how will they know if the money belongs to me if its not my card number but a different number that has 17numbers and not 16numbers, she told me that the account number was personally set up for my account, then I asked her where is their location, this time she told me Salt Lake City Utah I asked her which one was the correct City and State, because I have 3 (1) El Paso Texas (2)Bentonville Arkansas (3) Salt Lake City Utah.  She said Utah was the correct location, then I asked her where is my direct deposit and to my dismay I was told that it can take up to 2-30 days on their end to start my direct deposit, I informed her that I spoke to a representative before and was informed that there is no time frame on their end and thats it all depends on the company the money comes from, she did apologize and said I was misinformed so I asked her why isn't this information given on the FAQ page for direct deposit, I told her that had I known this I would have never set up direct deposit with them, and I would have my money by now and I informed her that this sounds fishy and like a scam she told me to call where the money came from and I informed her that I already did and they sent it to the money-card and now they are giving me nothing but lies about their locations.  And then I discover that they have scammed a lot of people out of their money I was also shocked to discover they were not even located in the United States, and now realize this is why they don't even know what State to say they are in and to think I was foolish enough to believe I was getting the same representative because every time I called it sounded like the same woman except for the last call I made.

If by Monday my money isn't there I will be calling the company that sends my CS payment to find out what steps I can take and no longer use this card again.

and see that General Electric appears in 'Chart 3' and in 'Chart 5', correct?

*Walmart is a big company. It makes sense for anyone to try and team-up with Walmart because millions of people shop at Walmart stores each day, right?

Thank You
