GE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT CORPORATION WORTHLESS WARRANTY , THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE FAIR JUDGMENTS ON REPAIR DENVER, Colorado

My air conditioning system in my Toyota Sienna developed a leak, this leak was in an assembly which was named a tubing assembly. It consisted of brackets,  a switch, a block to house the switch, and tubing. The warranty does not cover tubing, but the leak was in the switch block (cracked) not at the point where it met the tubing but in the block itself. Because the name of the part had the word tubing in it they said it was not covered, even though it said assembly. To me this is just wrong and I plan to fight via every venue available to have this repair covered, including court if required. I hope Toyota and the other car manufacturers who sell contracts from GE Capital Warranty read this and realize their companies are being hurt by this type of business practice. I hope everyone who has experienced these practices first hand reports them, and I hope everyone contemplating a warranty from them reads this first. Never again.....it is just a ripoff from a company with no ethics, they just don't care about right or wrong, just the bottom line.
