In January, 2004 a written request for change of address was submitted to this company. Once again, this request has been ignored.
Within the past couple of days, I realized that the March payment had not been submitted to GE Cpital Cons Cardco because a bill had not been received. Therefore, another $35.00 late fee will be charged to us.
I believe the ignored requests by GE Capital for a change of address to be intentional and deliberate in order to assess a late charge which is higher than our monthly payment. Someone needs to do something about this rip-off company.... They have gone too far with their fraudulent charges.
