All of my accounts were closed due to two payments being refused from my local bank. An inquiry into the matter with my bank revealed that they had accidentally placed a block on all transfers to GE Capital from my account. The fraud department at GE Capital closed all of my retail accounts and refuse to hear reasons as to why it initially happened.

Save yourself the headaches, do NOT open any accounts with GE Capital!
