GE Capital Retail Bank Charged us $1000 in interest for 2 months, when we were promised 3 years no interest. orlando, Florida

We financed our Sleepys mattress purchase from GE capital and were told that we have 3 years no interest deal. Turns out we were duped. i called GE capital customer service as they were charging me $1000 in interest for the last 2 months which makes my mattress worth $4500!!! So Kristy ID # 7291 said i am sorry but we send out details in the email statements and so you were notified about it. Where is the customer service here? I know she could have deducted atleast $500 if not $1000 and i would have paid the balance in full right away. I work for a credit card company and i know we do this everyday. Forgiving my $1000 will surely make no difference to GE capital bu i does to us. In this economy where wall street execs are taking home fat bonuses, banks like GE capitlal are out to get whatever income you make.Welcome to the new AMERICA!!!
