GE Capital retail Bank refuse me a discover credit card , didn't send me a bill , I payed soon as I knew amount to pay. Have always payed in full every month, and on time before. Orlando, Florida

        Did not receive a bill, I have several cards I use, so didn't think about not getting bill. My husband hase a Walmart discover card also. Called about a month after card was cut off.  Woman I talked to said they sent bill and it was being sent back, which I did not send back. I just never got the bill. I payed It when I knew how much it was, when I call and found I had a charge. I have always payed card in full every month and told her to check, which she did and said I was right.  It is not my fault if they don't send me a bill ,that is how I always pay my bills ,is by bill comming. Due to a mistake on their part of me not getting a bill , they have put it on my credit report that "I am Poor Payment History with credit program" . I don't think they have give me a fair shake. My Husbands bill from walmart discover kept comming and still keeps comming regularly. I pay it as usual on time and in full. So how do they send his bill to the same address and can't send my bill for me to pay. They are giving me a bad credit score when I feel it is not my fault about not getting payed on time, but payed immediatly when they told me I had a charge that wasn't payed. I could have not payed it if I was trying not to pay.

        I feel I am being riped off on my credit report, and being done wrong, I done every thing I could, and even payed my bill with out them even asking when I knew I had a charge. They haven't even looked at reason for my late pay, they just catorise every one all together regardless of reason.
