Do you remember the credit crisis that occurred because the government was guaranteeing mortgages to people who couldn't afford to pay them back? We are still dealing with the effects of this and GE Money Bank was right about one thing - it's not just you. I have a friend who had a card with a limit of $25,000 and a rate of Prime + 1.9% and his limit was lowered to $2,500 and his rate was hiked up as well.
Start a class action suit if you must but I doubt that you'll get very far. The bank does have the right to do this.
And why do you want to sue Wal-Mart? What did they do to you?
