GE Money - JC Penny - Lenscrafters UNETHICAL CROOKS El Paso Texas

GE Money are Scam artist that milk consumers dry. Their Customer Sevice reps are rude and unresponsive. If you use automatic bill pay to pay companies that use GE Money for credit like JC Penny and Lenscrafters beware. They will screw you blind.
I am disabled and receive social security checks on the 3rd of each month. I have set up my bills to be paid automatically using bill pay. As a result JC Penny and Lenscrafters would receive their payment by the 6th of each month. All of a sudden I start getting a $39.00 late fee tacked on to my account. My minimum payment was around $17 I usually pay $50. Which means only only $11 gets credited towards the balance. This is unsrupulous robbery. It does not matter if you check you balance each month or make two payments they will still screw you over with late payments. I called their customer service, made a double payment and even attempted to change the payment date, they still screwed me with late payments. If is high time a bunch of us go for a class action suit against these crooks. If anyone has lost a job or experiencing financial hardships already, this makes a bad situatino worse.
