GenX owned by Ramana Kambhampati, President - (701) 837-4720 operates an ongoing fraudulent scheme to defraud that work off a Pump, Pimp, and Dump business model that attempts to extract revenue as quickly as possible from unsuspecting prospects before potential clients realize their pockets have been picked. GenX deliberately deceives another in order to damage clients to obtain services unjustly without any checks and balances to the customer. They engage in False advertising is the use of false or misleading statements in advertising. As advertising has the potential to persuade many people into commercial transactions that they might otherwise avoid, and now South Dakota's State governments must regulate Ramana Kambhampati, and his operations to control false, deceptive or misleading advertising. GENERATION X-SOLUTIONS ARE COMMON THIEVES AND FRAUDS never delivered the promised service they claim they did. I asked repeatedly for the following PROOF which they have not provided me or my Bank. They violated the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, by failing to provide any accounting for services during the (month of 5/08), and they made repeated email delivery misrepresentations by proofing or providing support of any service or communication for an OPT-IN GLOBAL CONSUMER email campaign leads and the alleged 1,000,000 emails sent to an OPT-IN GLOBAL LIST Consumer's for which they were hired as definitive proof for payment. GENERATION X-SOLUTIONS " Josh Blackaby"Ramana Kambhampati's (20 yrs of age) is his chief dishwasher verbally confirmed that they would forward ALL the email addresses, time frame (pst, cst, mst, est) each was opened, and confirmation that they were sent to OPT-IN Consumers desired. I never received any proof, authentication of service delivered.I asked for references of past and present clients, they did not provide "any" but rather sold my name, email and personal contact data to other mass merchandisers without my consent. I have received thousands of spam email immediately after as a result. This is another violation of the CAN-SPAM Act.I received absolutely no confirmation of the entire alleged 1,000,000 emails sent?? AGAIN NO PROOF OF SERVICE . . . The merchant claims they forwarded the campaign to US OPT Consumers - which is not the case as I received NO PROOF of delivery after calling their office at 1.866.436.9765 Ext 302 incessantly, They did not p/u their phones or respond to any communication whatsoever. They guarantee a 3-5 % return on their website which is now deleted for same liabilities- I RECEIVED NO RETURN OR PROOF OF DELIVERY of any emails opened and to whom and the geographic. GenX and his various subsidiaries owned by Ramana Kambhampati, President conduct "false" and "deceptive" practices are essentially the same for most, being deceptive is not the same as producing deception. What is illegal is the potential to deceive, which is interpreted to occur when consumers see the advertising to be stating to them, explicitly or implicitly, a claim that they may not realize is false and material. The latter means that the claim, if relied on for making a purchasing decision, is likely to be harmful by adversely affecting that decision. If an ad is implicitly false, evidence is clear that I as their prospect saw the ad saying, they promised to deliver a proven weight of measure in email delivered, and for the true facts about the advertised item, but no evidence is was provided at any point that perpetuates their scheme to defraud and that my reliance for their claims of return on investment 3-5 % were inflated and bogus, or that the advertising intended to deceive when they knew that this claim was unequivocally false.

All limited communications were conducted on the phone. A consent was never given to them for a $175.00 charge on 5/15/08 only upon "DELIEVERY OF SERVICE" to whom, where, when, and geography of the time emails generated. There is "NO EVIDENCE THAT 1,000,000 EMAILS WERE EVEN SENT" I never physically signed any documents or received disclosure of terms and conditions. The merchant Uses or possesses with the intent to use, a false weight or measure, or any other device which is adjusted or calibrated to falsely determine or measure any quality or quantity.I will pursue all public and private resources to bring a spot light on GenX and Ramana Kambhampati to seek an investigation into the rape of unsuspecting consumers and iniate an investigation by law enforcement and means to disparage, demean, and elucidate Gen X scheme to defraud consumers.
