FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2

I have recently fallen victim to this company's scam. I ordered a video online and was unaware that I was joining a monthly program. They billed my credit card a second time and I received a second video soon after. I just cancelled my acount today via telephone and contacted my credit card company to advise them that I am not authorizing any further charges from this company.
I guess I'll have to wait and see what happens. When calling to cancel, they stated that " calls may
be recorded for quality assurance". After the man on the phone said my account was now cancelled I told him I too was recording the call for a possible lawsuit if they bill my credit card again.

To the above postings, yes MRA and playboy are connected to the same company. Just tell the credit card companies your on a membership preview without permission and they will cancel. The company can't go that far.
Call your bank, credit card, etc and tell them your not paying for it. Its a monthly preview and thats where they get their money. You have a right as a consumer to get what you want.

Jeff one of our Rip Off Report investigators has spent some time on the net and the phone and this is what they have found.
After calling 1-323-965-8710 a little smart pip squeak answered the phone. Our reporter informed them of the 342 Rip Off Reports and he said
"whoop EEE we have over 50 million customers and what's the big deal of 342 of your rip Off Reports".
So if you want your money back here is some inside contact info. After calling the above number if you push # 2 you get playboy direct. Just maybe Playboy and Girlsgonewild are in BED together.
