orderd two videos cancelled order after that for the next four months they continued to send tapes and charge credit card, credit card company has also contacted them several times. reversing charges and requesting to stop shipment of tapes. just recieved another tape today 4-19-02 will expect to see another charge on american express which will have to be reversed. Instruction on box for mail carrier to leave if no response. Thank you for your time.
