Misleading Website - Pictures of Fancy Cuisine shown but actual food is nothing like what they have on the website, it looks like they simply ripped someone's photos from Flickr and tried to pass them off as there own, because when I called for pricing and options available for serving a pasta dish for 200 people I was told that they weren't able to serve anything as "fancy" as spaghetti, despite their website showing eloquent meals such as a mozzarella tomato cucumber salad, oysters on the half-shell, smoked salmon and caviar, and a prosciutto pizza as well as an assortment of dessert pastries.
Despite their slogan "No event is TOO BIG or TOO SMALL" and their stated willingness to cater to weddings:

"At GI Joes Good Eats, we are aware that catering is the key to a successful event. Our expert Chefs and staff pay the utmost attention to every detail. It took four more days of email tag, explaining that I was looking for Pasta and BBQ and was open to any suggestions they had, to finally get told that they lacked the experience to serve this for my reception. Nor could they offer any alternatives and instead suggested an out-of-business competitor instead.
Honestly, if it weren't for the back and forth over the week, (I was later told by one of the owners "We typically do not check our email for days at a time"), I probably wouldn't have been so upset and filed a rip-off report, but if you're having a wedding, anniversary, corporate meeting, birthday or other special event I would recommend steering clear of this company as they are highly unprofessional and inexperienced, and their website is completely misleading and does not represent the cuisine you are paying for.
I would NEVER recommend this catering company to anyone.
