When I purchased my bed, they told me that the bed has three lights come with it, but after I got my bed, it does not have any lights. I went to the store asked them what is happening that my bed does not lights, and they told me that the light bulbs left in the van and will be fix as soon as possible. I make the appointment with them for twice, the first time they said they will come, but they did not, the second time they said they will come at 7PM, but they said will be at 10:30 PM. I do not know what problem they have, I called the company, they asked me to call the driver, I called the driver, he asked me to call the company, they were shirking the responsibility. When I went to their company to complaint, they had bad attitudes and said there will be no exchange and no refund and they can not do anything for my bed, because we are from different countries and the boss said because I am Chinese that was why I misunderstood his employee. I am regret to purchase the bed because this store is RIPOFF and RACIAL DISCRIMINATION the customers and SHIRK THE RESPONSIBILITY.
