Order Tablet from NomoreRack but instead of going to them I went directly to Global PCT. I was told to take it to the post office and they would start a damage Report and once the forms were received back to them they would send out a new tablet and they would take care of the old one.... It's been 2 months and not only have I not received a new one but no one has called or emailed. I have contacted them several times thur email and phone and ONLY the orginal person I talked to can handle the claim. I have tried getting a supervisor on the phone and no one is available at the moment but if you leave your number we will give you a call back.
I have no product and no money back. People NoMoreRack is not always to fault for the product that is sent out. They are truely a 3rd party and these manufactures need to be held responsible.
