After an investigation by Rip-off Report, we found that Blue World Pools is actively resolving complaints and addresses contractor issues. This EDitor has reviewed the Reports regarding Blue World Pools and has found a real and dedicated effort by Blue World Pools' management team to effectively resolve past, present, and future complaints. Many of which were just misunderstandings and have now been resolved. Rip-off Report found that the number of Reports is so very small in comparison to its total number of customers. We did find some reports that may have been posted by a competitor. Some complaints came from people who did not even purchase a pool from Blue World Pools. GLOBAL SUN POOLS ripoff CARSON CITY NEVADA
I AM GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE! I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE SEE IT AND ARE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. WE WERE PROMISED THIS GREAT CHEMICAL FREE POOL. THAT IS NOT ENTIRELY TRUE, THEY GAVE US LOTS OF CHEMICALS TO ADD TO OUR POOL, I ASKED THE INSTALLER WHY IT WAS NEEDED. HE TOLD ME I WOULD NEED SOME CHEMICALS THEN IT WOULD BE SMOOTH SAILING FROM THEN ON. THE POOL LEAKED AT THE PUMP. THE INSTALLER CAME BACK A WEEK LATER TO FIX THE PROBLEM, IT WAS NEVER FIXED. MY HUSBAND DID FIX IT AND I WAS HAPPY WITH MY POOL FROM THEN ON. SO FAR!
THE NEXT PROBLEM WAS WITH FINANCING. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THE FINANCING RATE UNTIL THE POOL WAS INSTALLED. I PAID $7587.00 FOR THE POOL ITSELF. AFTER FINACING WAS CHARGED I OWED OVER $13,000. KEVIN IS A REAL JACK###!! HE IS RUDE. I TRIED TO HAVE MY PAYMENT SET UP ON ANOTHER DAY IN THE MONTH. MY HUSBAND IS ON DISABILITY AND WE TRY TO PAY OUR BILLS AT THAT TIME OF THE MONTH. COMING UP WITH THEIR OUTRAGOUS MONTHLY PAYMENT AS BEEN A BURDEN TO OUR FAMILY. THE INTEREST RATE ON OUR POOL IS 18%, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FINANCED BY A BANK AND WE WOULD GET A REASONABLE RATE BECAUSE WE OWNED OUR HOME. WRONG!! WHEN I ASKED IF THEY COULD LOWER THE RATE THEY TOLD MY NO, AND KEVIN WAS NOT AT ALL UNDERSTANDING IN EITHER OF MY PROBLEMS.
SINCE SEEING YOUR SITE I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT DATE OR THE INTEREST RATE, IT WOULD NOT BE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE TO CHANGE ANYTHING, SO THEY DIDN'T.
I HAVE PAID ON MY POOL FOR 11 MONTHS AND WILL BE PAYING IT OFF WITH CASH, THEY WON'T GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. I LIKE MY POOL BUT I DON'T LIKE THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES I HOPE SOMEONE CAN CHANGE THINGS FOR THE BETTER. I HATE TO SEE SO MANY PEOPLE SO TORE UP OVER ONE STUPID BUSINESS, IT HAS MADE ME MORE CAREFUL AS TO WHO I DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAVE LEARNED TO BE MORE CAREFUL WITH MY MONEY BECAUSE IT DOES NOT COME EASY AND WITH GLOBAL SUN POOLS IN BUSINESS IT DOES GO EASY. I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT BUILDING A GOOD BUSINESS REPUTATION SHOULD BE A MUST FOR ANY BUSINESS. GLOBAL SUN POOLS-BLUE WORLD POOLS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THE MANAGEMENT TEAM CHARGED WITH FRAUD.
AND TO DAVID, I AM FROM TENNESSEE AND I'M NOT GULLIBLE OR DUMB. I DON'T THINK THAT YOUR COMMENT WAS FAIR OR CALLED FOR. THERE ARE JUST AS MANY STUPID PEOPLE IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING YOURS. GLOBAL SUN POOLS IS A CON. THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS OF STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMER'S, THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR A LONG TIME. THEY PRACTICE THEIR ART OF STEALING FROM THE AVERAGE JOE AND THEY ARE GETTING BETTER WITH EVERY SALE.
