So here's the deal. I put money every other day so that my boyfriend can call home to talk to me and his family. as everyone else knows on this website this company is a complete rip off and outrageously expensive!!! Well get this, I just realized today that there is a certain limit that they can call per day i guess. THE WEBSITE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THAT!! just because I talked to him for almost two hours (25 down the drain) this morning it turn out that he cant call this afternoon. he tried calling back again around 4pm and the stupid line just cuts off as soon as I accepted the call. So with that happens he tries calling back and the balance keeps going down 4 dollars!!! just so that i can get the phone cut off as soon as i accept the call. If you ask me that is complete BS. so I go online to get the customer service number and I find out that you have to enter a number for them to call you!!! can you believe it! They don't even have a decent customer service line that you can call to talk to a rep. They call you back within a two hour time frame. Basically when ever they feel like calling you!! That is complete unfair to the families who are paying tons of money just to have a phone call from their loved ones. I'm honestly not surprised that nothing has been done about this company because this is outrageous!! You would expect for all the only that you pay for these phone calls they would at least have a number for you to get a hold of a rep instead of having to enter your number and wait for them to call you. I've never in my life felt so angry about a company's service.
