Paid the Courier Service Company/Eduardo Flores to ship my door to door big Box to my sister in the Philippine, picked up personally at home by E.Flores on
March 28, 2009. I paid him $50.00 for this and he cashed the next day with his identification "GLOBEX #0212610879" (maybe this is his License No).
Shipment will only take about 4 weeks to get to Phils. but after a month my
sister did not receive it yet so I followed it up by phone to them but no one answered, so left messages to return my call. I called all their telephone listed including TOLL FREE PHONE NO. 877-645-6239, no response. After all efforts done, it was obvious that they did not ship my box. I happened to know one of their customers who paid them for about 8 boxes and still not been received by the addressee also. All of the contents inside the box are very badly needed to be received by my sister who is 86 years.
I did filed a complain with the Office of the District Attorney of Orange, Santa Ana, California and also to Los Angeles, Department of Consumer Affairs, 500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles , Ca. 90012.
I enclosed the following pertinent documents as Annex A thru F:
A. Complaint Form with my declaration in writing dated June 16, 2009
B. Copy of front and back of my Check#2362 for $50.00 duly cashed and signed by GLOBEX the next day.
C. Globe Express Invoice#30924 re: shipment to ship box to Phils.
D. copy of emails to Global Express re, status of shipment inquiries...failed
E. copy of photo of new convection toaster oven included in the box.
F. my sister's letter dated 5/23/09 to the Phil. Office re, my shipment to be delivered to her, no response whatsoever.
I need your help so they may at least ship the box if still untouch and unopened, so it will be delivered to the addressee.
