It is no wonder this once proud company is now billions of dollars in debt and on the brink of bankruptcy. This is sad to see considering I live in Detroit MI, the motor city. This pile of garbage company that I have paid 3 cars off with. Seems to have a massive accounting problem. The problem.... wont give credit for my hard earned money I am raped for each month. It seems the talented team of collectors from India has assured me, a year and a half later that I failed to make my December payment. Hmmmmm I would figure I would have heard something by now (year and a half later) Well the collectors (3 rd world) (from India) (American Jobs lost) (To India)....(billions in losses each year)....(Americans living on the street) (Indians have jobs with GMAC).... sorry I got side tracked on the disbelief that I have a person from India calling me for a payment in Detroit MI (the motor city mind you). Anyway. I have proof I have made all my payment via bank statments. This is the same company it took 7 months to change my address after asking to do so 6 mo in a row, also put the first 3 payments on my lease on someone elses account. (great accounting software guys!) and on and on and on and on. Here is the demise of GM in a nutshell, Now I am forced to buy a car overseas because of this , just on principal alone, I will never buy from GM or GMAC , they could have had a customer for life but over 300.00 they claimed I never gave them, they will not sell 6 or 7 more cars over the span of my life time. Nice job!!!!! no wonder these guys are bankrupt and killing all the american jobs, If this is the heart beat of America, I would rather be dead!
